Place the wrench in the unit and turn it in both directions. Make sure that you turn the wrench around a few times to ensure that whatever has blocked the blades from moving is cleared. After that, press the reset button again and the unit should work.

These are usually the main issues with a clogged garbage disposal, but there are several other reasons that the unit could start backing up in the sink.
